The Cornerhouse sleeps 6, with 2 bath/shower rooms, a separate garden.  Our usual changeover days are Fridays and Mondays, we can be flexible, please ask.

 

We offer high quality beds, crisp cotton bed linen and luxurious throws for a relaxing night's sleep after walking, cycling, climbing and other outdoor activities.

The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard with quality fittings and furnishings, whilst retaining numerous character features, including oak beams throughout, stone floors in the kitchen,  a walk in larder and a cellar housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. An original gritstone fireplace with log burner in the sitting room, gas central heating and  two bath/shower rooms, combines original features with 21st century modern comforts.

 

The bespoke solid wood kitchen with modern gas and electric AGA Range Cooker is situated in an original  gritstone fireplace and is ideal for cooking and sharing family meals.

 

The open plan sitting room with its original  gritstone fireplace and log burner gives both an airy and cosy feel to the comfortable home keeping you warm in the evenings.
