Approach to The Cornerhouse

 

From the M1 we suggest Junction 29

 

From the M6 we suggest Junction 19 Knutsford

 

From the M6 via Stockport M60, this is a busier route but in bad weather is safer 

 

Take the A6 until you have passed Chapel-en-le-Frith,

Take the first exit at the next roundabout, signposted A623 Chesterfield.

Pass through Peak Forest village and continue for approx 2 miles, turning right at the Anchor Pub on 

the crossroads signposted Tideswell.

Continue for approx. 1 mile right into Tideswell Village with The Cathedral of The Peak on your right. 

When you reach the Pot market place with the CO-OP in front of you, please park here (Free Parking 

throughout the village) and walk 100m up Church Walk, with the railings to your right directly to The 

Cornerhouse. You will see the name on a large sign on the corner of the house by the church gates.

Alternatively ,drive into Tideswell Village, past CO-OP, bear right until you see High Nelly’s Café in a triangle on opposite side 

of road to the Nat West Bank.

Take sharp turn right and drive up High Street, towards market square, just past The Star pub and bear sharp right here into Pursglove 

Road. Drive along here 50 m and park directly outside The Cornerhouse to unload. please park longer term in one of 2 market squares
